Terms of Service
July 5, 2026
Welcome to SportsDelulu. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://sportsdelulu.com and any related pages, features, and content (together, the “Service”). SportsDelulu is an independent, multilingual football and sports news site published in seven languages (English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Italian), with a current focus on the FIFA World Cup 2026. The Service is operated by [Company Legal Name], with a registered address at [Registered Address] (referred to here as “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Acceptance of the terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms are effective as of 5 July 2026, and they apply each time you use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any update means you accept the Terms as revised.
You confirm that you are able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction and that you will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
About the service
SportsDelulu is a free, advertising-supported, informational sports news website. It publishes news, live scores, match coverage, and pages about teams and competitions. The public site is static: you do not create an account, you do not sign in, and there are no newsletter or contact forms that collect your personal data. An on-site search feature processes the query you enter in order to return relevant results.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Service, or any specific feature or piece of content, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.
Editorial content and accuracy
We aim to provide accurate, well-sourced reporting. However, sports information moves quickly. Scores, statistics, fixtures, standings, line-ups, transfer news, and other details can change without notice, may be delayed, and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Live data in particular is provisional and subject to correction.
All content on the Service is provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind. In particular, nothing on the Service is betting, gambling, or financial advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation, prediction, or inducement to place any wager or make any financial decision. You must not rely on any content on the Service for betting, gambling, wagering, or any other financial or commercial purpose. Any decision you make based on the content is your own responsibility, and you should verify important information with official sources.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its original text, editorial content, layout, design, graphics, and underlying code, together with the SportsDelulu name and wordmark, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and is owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
The names, logos, crests, badges, and other marks of teams, leagues, competitions, federations, sponsors, and other third parties that appear on the Service are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the Service for identification, reference, and editorial purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those owners. We do not claim any ownership of, or exclusive rights in, third-party marks.
Acceptable use
You may access and read the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. That is welcome and encouraged. In using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated tools or bots to extract or index content, except for well-behaved search-engine crawlers acting in line with our published rules;
- bulk download, copy, mirror, republish, redistribute, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the content or any substantial part of it;
- frame, embed, or present the Service or its content within another website or product in a way that misrepresents its source or removes our branding;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service activity or the introduction of malware;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may limit, suspend, or block access to the Service by any person who breaches these Terms or whose activity threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
Third-party content, advertising, and links
The Service displays advertising and may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and services that we do not own or control. Advertising is served by third parties, including Google AdSense, which may use cookies and device identifiers to show, cap, personalize, and measure ads. The Service also uses third-party analytics and infrastructure providers, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel for hosting and delivery.
We do not control, and we are not responsible for, the content, products, advertising, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site, ad, or service. The inclusion of any ad, link, or reference does not imply our endorsement, approval, or affiliation. When you follow a link to a third-party site or interact with a third-party ad, you do so at your own risk, and the terms and policies of that third party will apply. You can learn how advertising cookies are used and manage your ad choices through Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info/choices, and youronlinechoices.eu. Our Privacy Policy explains our use of cookies, analytics, and consent management (including Google Consent Mode v2) in more detail.
Advertising and funding disclosure
SportsDelulu is free to read and is supported by advertising. We earn revenue when ads are displayed to and interacted with by visitors. This advertising funding allows us to keep the Service free and does not change our editorial approach or the standards we apply to our reporting.
Disclaimers of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all such warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of any content, including scores, statistics, and news.
SportsDelulu is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any football league, federation, association, or club. References to any such organization are for identification and editorial purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will [Company Legal Name], its owners, officers, employees, contributors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service or any content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed one hundred (100) units of the currency of [Jurisdiction], or the minimum amount required by applicable law if that is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Company Legal Name] and its owners, officers, employees, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Changes to the service and to these terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, in our practices, or in the law. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date shown on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Law], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of [Jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute, except where mandatory local law grants you the right to bring proceedings in another forum. Before starting any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
